Honey Chicken Wings

- 500g chicken wings, cut into flats and drumettes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3cm ginger
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1-2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp ANGGUR SALTY SOY SAUCE
- 2-3 tbsp ANGGUR SWEET SOY SAUCE
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Broth powder to taste
- Cooking oil for sautéing

Mince the ginger and garlic, then sauté them together with the chicken wings
- 2.
Mix in all the other ingredients, and cook until the sauce is absorbed and thickens
- 3.
Remove the cooked wings from the heat and set aside
- 4.
Can be served either deep-fried or grilled on a non-stick pan
- 5.
Serve with hot rice or french fries and dipping sauce
